We have immediate openings for a high-energy, full-time Inside Sales Account Managers. We are searching for friendly and professional individuals. You will be part of a one-of-a-kind sales team in supporting our customers. You will be responsible for servicing existing customers, cultivating new customer relationships, meeting goals, and growing sales opportunities. If you are someone who likes to create solutions for customers and be an integral part of a solutions-driven team, then we want you to join our winning company.

We specialize in state of the art, cost effective magnetic component solutions. Our Foothill Ranch location is our corporate headquarters where sales, accounting, marketing, purchasing and inventory are located.

With our lean management and manufacturing style we are very price competitive, high quality component manufacturer with shorter lead times and local inventory. Our products are sold to test equipment manufacturers, telecom applications, wireless products, routers, modems, industrial and commercial product applications.


Our newly remodeled facility is in the heart of Foothill Ranch, Ca in a vibrant and up and coming community. The office is a professional sales oriented environment open from 8:00 5:00 each day. We will provide sales training and support from people who have been in the industry for over 30 years.

Competencies:

  • 2-4 years of inside sales experience preferred either with component distributors or direct sales background. Prior experience conducting telephone sales to the manufacturing industry is preferred, however most telephone sales experience will be acceptable.
  • Minimum of high school education or higher is preferred.
  • Must have good phone communication technique and able to work well with others in a professional sales environment with a go getter attitude who strives for a high level of success.
